Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Statement

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault that you believe is a "major failure" (e.g., it is unsafe, or significantly different from the description/sample), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Major Failures: You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.

  • Minor Failures: We may choose to repair the item, or offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once an order has been placed. 

4. Return Shipping

  • Faulty Items: If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

5. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This is usually your order confirmation email or a bank statement showing the transaction.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will assess your claim and provide instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
